- Inspect. We check the rollers, track, and frame to confirm what is actually causing the problem.
- Remove the panel. The door is lifted off the track safely so the glass and frame are not stressed.
- Replace the rollers. Worn rollers come out and quality replacements, such as Strybuc hardware, go in, matched to your door.

- Adjust and test. The door is rehung, leveled, and adjusted so it glides easily and the lock lines up.
